Who is responsible for the information
Source Connectors is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello [at] sourceconnectors [dot] ie. The owner must approve the precise legal identity used here before launch.
What the contact form collects
The form collects your name, work email, company, area of interest and the message you choose to send. It does not ask for a phone number, marketing consent or an analytics identifier. A security check also runs when you start using the form (see below).
Why it is used
The information is used only to assess and respond to your enquiry, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.
Service providers and location
The website and enquiry service are designed to use AWS hosting, API, compute, database, monitoring and email services in the Europe (Ireland) region. AWS may act as a processor under its applicable customer terms. The final processor and international-transfer wording must be checked against the deployed account and approved agreement before launch.
To protect the form from automated abuse, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile loads only once you start using the form and processes technical information from your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to tell people from automated software. The result is checked once when you submit, and your enquiry is not shared with Cloudflare. Cloudflare's role, data location and transfer terms must be confirmed and approved alongside the AWS wording before launch.
Retention
Unqualified website enquiries are configured to expire after 180 days. DynamoDB time-to-live deletion is asynchronous. Application logs are retained for 30 days and are designed not to contain form bodies or email addresses. If an enquiry becomes a business opportunity or client record, necessary information may move to an approved business system under a separate retention policy.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant data-protection rules apply. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Contact Source Connectors at the address above so the request can be assessed and answered.
Is the information required?
The required form fields are needed to understand and answer an enquiry. You do not have to provide them; if you prefer, you can send an email directly with the information you consider necessary.
Changes to this notice
This notice must be reviewed whenever analytics, embedded services, a CRM, marketing automation or another processor is introduced.
